Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the relationship and obligations of the

IEEE PS agrees to technically co-sponsor Conference.
This technical co-sponsorship indicates an involvement of the IEEE in the organization of the technical program. It involves no financial sponsorship and responsibilities of the IEEE as regards to both liability and surplus distribution purposes. The Intellectual Property associated with Conference, including the use of the conference name, slogan, copyright for publications, and conference logo, belongs to Conference organizers.
The technical co-sponsorship will be coordinated by IEEE Poland Section Committee representative,

He will be responsible to IEEE for the involvement of the IEEE PS in the organization of technical program of Conference, and in particular in the actions described in pp. 4, 6, 7, and 8.

Further personal involvement of the IEEE will be realized by way of assigning the following conference management and other administrative responsibilities to IEEE members:

Conference registration fees will be reduced for IEEE members according to the following rules:

To further promote Conference, facilitate the online distribution of conference information, and for archival purposes, Conference information schedule and other supporting information will be submitted to IEEE Conference Services for use in the IEEE Meetings Database. This will be a responsibility of the IEEE Poland Section Committee representative.
A one page information about the IEEE, provided by the IEEE Poland Section, will be included in Conference Proceedings. A place will be reserved at Conference for displaying IEEE promotional material, served by an IEEE member(s). Also, a short oral presentation of the IEEE will be given at one of plenary sessions.
The IEEE logo may be used in Conference publications and promotional materials provided the Logo use rules, as outlined in IEEE Policy 6.3.2 & 12.1, will be fully obeyed.
IEEE PS agrees to display Conference promotional material, as provided by Conference, on its Internet page www.ieee.pl.
Conference proceedings be included in IEEE Conference Publications Program (CPP).
The technical co-sponsoring of the IEEE may be withdrawn if Conference organization does not comply with IEEE organization policies.
