I planned to visit Warsaw and take part in this meeting as a delegate, representative of the IEEE Ukraine Section.
Today I’m in Warsaw, but I came here not as an IEEE member, IEEE officer, delegate of the IEEE Region 8 Meeting, I’m here as one of three million Ukrainians, including Ukrainian Scientists and Ukrainian IEEE members, who are looking for temporary protection in other countries due to the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.

I am an employee of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and it is my University today.
